Arnisha Patrice Keyes, LPC, NCC, MSEd.

 CEO/Principal Counselor

Arnisha P. Keyes is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in youth development, Ms. Keyes began her professional journey with aspirations of opening a daycare. Her commitment to service deepened during her tenure as an AmeriCorps member with the KEYS Service Corps, leading her to continue her impactful work within the non-profit sector, collaborating with various youth-serving organizations.

Ms. Keyes is deeply passionate about supporting youth, young adults, and their families, viewing her role as both a calling and a responsibility to foster healthy development and empower future generations. In addition to her extensive field experience, she holds an Associate’s Degree in Christian Ministry from the Center for Urban & Biblical Ministry (CUBM) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Geneva College. In 2010, she was recognized as one of CUBM’s Urban Heroes for her exemplary leadership and dedication to youth. She is also a certified Strengths-Based Family Worker (SFW) through Temple University.

  • Positions/Roles: In-Home Therapist II, Family Intervention Specialist, Director of OST, Family Support Specialist, Lead Case Manager, Program Manager-Workforce Development, Peer Educator, Executive Assistant, Workshop Facilitator/Trainer & Childcare Specialist.
  • Other: President-Youth & Young Adult Ministry of AUBA, Sunday School Superintendent & Redemptive Healing Circle Facilitator (on fb).

Arnisha's ultimate goal is two-fold:

  1. To provide mental health & wellness services to youth & their families by partnering with youth serving agencies, schools & churches through psycho-educational workshop series.
  2. Encourage, motivate & share self-care tools with other youth serving staff & ministry leaders that will develop a community of helpers that keep youth at the heart of what they do & prevent  premature burn-out/compassion fatigue.
