Arnisha is a Nationally Certified Counselor & graduate of Duquesne University where she received her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She has been in the youth development field for 20+ years.  Her journey began with dreams of opening a daycare, but after serving as an AmeriCorps (c) member in the KEYS Service Corps, she continued working within the non-profit sector with various youth serving agencies.  Her passion for youth, young adults & their families has grown & her purpose to serve them has become more clear.  It is what she calls a beautiful burden to serve & support the healthy development of the youth & their families so they in turn can build a healthier, powerful legacy of strength, love & fruitfulness for generations to come.

Along with her years of experience, Arnisha has received her Associate's Degree in Christian Ministry (via Center for Urban & Biblical Ministry/CUBM) & a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services both through Geneva College.  She was also honored among many great leaders as one of CUBM's Urban Heroes in 2010 for her work, dedication & future endeavors to work with young people. She is also a certified Strengths-Based Family Worker (SFW) through Temple University.

Arnisha's ultimate goal is two-fold:

1. To provide mental health & wellness services to youth & their families by partnering with youth serving agencies, schools & churches through psycho-educational workshop series.
2. Encourage, motivate & share self-care tools with other youth serving staff & ministry leaders that will develop a community of helpers that keep youth at the heart of what they do & prevent  premature burn-out/compassion fatigue.
